The Puerto Rico Broadband Program is issuing this NOFA to solicit proposals from interested Proponents to partner on two projects, Regional Digital Hubs and Targeted Population Specialists. This includes hiring and managing DigitalNavigators, delivering personalized digital literacy support to underserved communities and Puerto Ricans of all ages, and collaborating with the DigitalLiteracy Program Coordinator to ensure consistent training and service delivery.
