The PRBP is issuing this NOFA to select one or more sub-grantees to design and implement new Workforce Training programs for broadband. Under this NOFA, PRBP has defined three types of potential programs, for which Respondents can apply for funding:

1. Career Explorations (K-12) and internships (higher education – universities and colleges),
2. Non-degree and innovative workforce programs, and
3. Training Centers of Excellence for certifications and apprenticeships
