The Puerto Rico Broadband Program is issuing this NOFA to select one sub grantee to design and implement the Digital Literacy Program Coordinator project, which includes defining and standardizing the digital literacy curriculum, coordinating and executing training of digital navigators from partner institutions, and gathering reporting from the digital navigator partner institutions to ensure overall program success.
