ThePuerto Rico Broadband Program is issuing this NOFA to select one or more sub grantees to design and implement the Affordable Device Program. The primary goal of the program is to give all Puerto Ricans access to a device, with an emphasis on targeting the needs of the most vulnerable populations and creating a sustainable model for the future.
