Any citizen can inform about irregularities in the use of public funds or that can represent fraudulent or public corruption acts.  Send an email to informa@oig.pr.gov or present your complaint at www.oig.pr.gov/informa.  Citizens may also communicate with the General Inspector’s Office (OIG) confidential line: 787-679-7979.  The complainant is protected by law against retaliation for presenting a complaint.
