This project aims to establish redundancy and resilience around the island of Puerto Rico by connecting new submarine cables at the landing points of Aguadilla (West), Ponce (South) and Humacao (East), connecting them back to the original landing point in San Juan to complete the circle of redundancy and resilience around the island.
